Mr. Simon Bailey
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Simon Bailey has over 25 years of experience overseeing and providing geospatial products, services, and solutions. He has engaged in many projects supporting the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), evolving and expanding mission requirements. His expertise provides T-Kartor with a thorough understanding of project specifications, data schemas, and sources for a wide array of NGA vector, imagery, and terrain products.
Mr. Bailey successfully expanded T-Kartor USA's geospatial capabilities in support of Defense & Intelligence, Wayfinding & Public Transit clients. Prior to joining T-Kartor USA, Mr. Bailey managed a wide range of GEOINT projects for companies such as Continental Mapping Consultants, The Boeing Company, and Dewberry. He is a significant advocate for solidifying St. Louis as a worldwide center for geospatial excellence.
Mr. Ron Cantwell
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ron Cantwell has been with T-Kartor USA since 2015, utilizing his 30+ years of professional business experience in contracts, finance, and project management while administering various contract types: Firm Fix Price (FFP), Time & Material (T&M), and Cost+ type contracts with multiple accounting systems and industries. He has maintained successful roles in other defense companies like L-3 Communications, Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), and Titan Engineering Services.
Mr. Cantwell maintains current knowledge of all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), and the Acquisition processes used in today's marketplace. Currently, Mr. Cantwell manages prime contracts and subcontracts within T-Kartor USA. In addition to his civilian work, Mr. Cantwell also served in the United States Navy.
Mr. Jonathan Ripley
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jonathan Ripley, since 1990, has provided geospatial knowledge and experience to commercial GIS and federal GEOINT customers. Mr. Ripley's expertise has encompassed a myriad of geospatial products and services while working for two full‐service photogrammetric firms, a premier infrastructure and consulting firm, and the National Geospatial‐Intelligence Agency (NGA). Mr. Ripley began his GEOINT involvement after selection for the Digital Nautical Chart Program (DNC) in 1993 as part of the validation and testing team that evolved into a lead on‐site quality assurance reviewer for the NGA. Beginning in vector production, before transitioning to quality assurance and then into management, Mr. Ripley has maintained his comprehensive knowledge of process methodologies for complex global feature-rich datasets. This combination of experience provides T‐Kartor USA with an established solutions‐based approach, proven situational perspective, and customer satisfaction awareness.
Mr. Ripley was promoted from Manager of Strategic Partnerships to Chief Operating Officer in July 2024.
Mr. Anthony Stevens
Dev Ops Project Manager
Mr. Anthony Stevens has been programming and developing ESRI geospatial software specializing in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) for Defense and Intelligence programs since 2008. Mr. Stevens has developed and maintained programming code and applications that provide automation and production efficiencies while satisfying customer requirements and maintaining the highest quality.
Mr. Stevens has provided support in creating and maintaining geospatial databases, quality control measures for geospatial data, and acquiring multispectral and hyperspectral imagery from online streaming sources to produce high-resolution topographic and geophysical data and map products. Currently, Mr. Stevens supports the testing and deployment of geospatial services and internal research and development of cartographic production services (CPS) at T-Kartor USA.
Ms. Ashley Poling
QA/FTE Manager
Ms. Ashley Poling has worked in the GEOINT industry since 2008. As Quality Assurance Manager for T‐Kartor USA, Ms. Poling utilizes her extensive knowledge of geospatial standards and the National Geospatial‐Intelligence Agency's (NGA) product catalog to deliver the highest quality of geospatial products and ensures that the company's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards. She provides technical support and coaching to the production team by navigating analysts through troubleshooting, problem identification/solving, and demonstrating various tools and methods. Additionally, Ms. Poling is the Program Manager for T‐Kartor USA's FTE program, in which T‐Kartor USA provides qualified personnel to work remotely or on‐site at our client's facilities.
