Mr. Simon Bailey

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Simon Bailey has more than 25 years of experience overseeing and producing geospatial products and services. He has engaged in various projects that support the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), evolving and expanding mission requirements. Mr. Bailey's expertise provides T-Kartor USA with an in-depth understanding of project specifications, data schemas, and sources for a full spectrum of NGA vector, imagery, and terrain products. He successfully expanded T-Kartor USA’s GEOINT capabilities in support of U.S. military, city wayfinding, and integrated public transportation clients. Prior to T-Kartor USA, Mr. Bailey managed a wide range of NGA task orders for The Boeing Company, where he played a key role in the development and testing of geospatial tools that aided in the harvesting and dissemination of various commodity and open-source datasets.

Mr. Ron Cantwell

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ron Cantwell has more than 30 years of professional business experience in contracts, finance, and project management while administering various contract types: Firm Fix Price (FFP), Time & Material (T&M) and Cost+ type contracts with multiple accounting systems and industries. He has maintained successful roles in other defense companies like L-3 Communications, Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), and Titan Engineering Services. Mr. Cantwell maintains current knowledge of all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), and the Acquisition processes being used in today's marketplace. Currently, Mr. Cantwell manages prime and subcontracts within T-Kartor USA.

Mr. Anthony Stevens

Dev Ops Project Manager

Mr. Anthony Stevens has more than 12 years of experience programming and developing ESRI geospatial software specializing in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) for Defense and Intelligence programs. Mr. Stevens has developed and maintained programming code and applications that provide automation and production efficiencies while satisfying customer requirements and maintaining the highest quality. Mr. Stevens has provided support in the creation and maintenance of geospatial databases, quality control measures for geospatial data, and the acquisition of multispectral and hyperspectral imagery from online streaming sources for the production of high resolution topographic and geophysical data and map products. Currently, Mr. Stevens supports the testing and deployment of geospatial services as well as internal research and development of cartographic production services (CPS) at T-Kartor USA.

Ms. Bobbi Fernandez

JANUS Program Manager

Ms. Bobbi Fernandez has been producing geospatial products in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) since 2015. Ms. Fernandez has experience with spatial data
management, analyzing large datasets, producing data deliverables, resource oversight, project
planning and development, and milestone tracking. As the Project Manager, Ms. Fernandez is
responsible for all JANUS Geography and JANUS Aeronautical Features delivery orders. Ms. Fernandez has led many content management and aeronautical features efforts, which involved managing large‐scale initiatives through every phase of the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Ms. Fernandez prides herself on being results‐oriented, emphasizing efficiency and precision in all operations as it relates to geospatial products. Prior to T‐Kartor USA, Ms. Fernandez graduated from DePaul University and worked in utility infrastructure mapping and information management.

Ms. Ashley Poling

QA/FTE Manager

Ms. Ashley Poling has more than 13 years of experience in the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) industry. As Quality Assurance Manager for T‐Kartor USA, Ms. Poling utilizes her extensive knowledge of geospatial standards and the National Geospatial‐Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) product catalog to deliver the highest quality of geospatial products and ensures that the company’s Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards. She provides technical support and coaching to the production team by navigating analysts through troubleshooting, problem identification/solving, and demonstrating various tools and methods. Additionally, Ms. Poling is the Program Manager for T‐Kartor USA’s FTE program, in which T‐Kartor USA provides qualified personnel to work remotely or on‐site at our clients’ facilities.

Mr. Jonathan Ripley

Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Mr. Jonathan Ripley has a collective 32 years of geospatial experience serving both commercial GIS and federal GEOINT customers. Mr. Ripley’s expertise has encompassed a myriad of geospatial products and services while working for two full‐service photogrammetric firms, a premier infrastructure and consulting firm, and the National Geospatial‐Intelligence Agency (NGA). Mr. Ripley began his GEOINT involvement after selection for the Digital Nautical Chart Program (DNC) in 1993 as part of the validation and testing team that evolved into a lead on‐site quality assurance reviewer for the NGA. Beginning in vector production, before transitioning to quality assurance and then into management, Mr. Ripley has maintained his comprehensive knowledge of process methodologies for complex global feature rich datasets. This combination of experience provides T‐Kartor USA with an established solutions‐based approach, proven situational perspective, and customer satisfaction awareness.
